A Reflection from Fr. Michael Kieler

I remember the early days of DHC, while I was still in seminary with Frs. Wesbee Victor and Stephen Wong. We started out with the modest objective of helping a handful of Haitian students pay for tuition for an upcoming academic year. We were amazed by the swift, generous response of donors who appreciated the cause and saw its potential impact.

That was five years ago. Since then, the program has grown to 20 students. Thanks to the generosity of people like you, these children receive money for tuition, school-related expenses, and extracurricular activities aimed at holistic formation and development.

I feel privileged to be on the board for DHC and am looking forward to how God will continue to grow and expand the program into the future.
